Wedding Pricing, Policy, and Information

 

The Gardens here at the Cliffrose Lodge make for an intimate and unique wedding location for ceremonies and receptions from late Spring into early November.  Since we are a small lodging property of only 40 rooms and suites we enjoy wedding ceremonies and receptions of 100 guests or less to maintain the peace and tranquility that is the Cliffrose Gardens.  Below is a list of policies and pricing information.  We require that all wedding ceremonies and receptions at the Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens be coordinated with Vintage Celebrations or Zion Events to ensure your wedding experience is relaxing and enjoyable.

 

Policies

Reception and ceremony size is limited to 150 guests or less, larger functions need to be approved by a manager and may be subject to an additional fee.  A minimum of 1 rented room is required so that attendees have a restroom/changing room available.  A maximum of 20 rooms may be reserved with a 10% discounted rate which varies from season to season.  All wedding reception, ceremony, and room reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy to avoid any cancellation costs or penalties.  Due to our proximity to Zion National Park and its campgrounds all receptions must end by 9:30pm.  Check-in time for rooms is 2:00pm, but you may begin set-up the day before or after 11:00am on the day of the wedding, Check-out time is 11:00am.  You are responsible for clean up and any damage caused to the property including sprinklers and gardens affected by setup and removal of rented and catered items.

 

If you are using a dance floor you must arrange to have it setup the day of your wedding and removed the morning after so that the grass underneath does not get damaged.

 

Pricing

We are not a catering service so all we provide are well maintained and nicely landscaped grounds for you to set up your ceremony or reception the way you would like.  Listed below are fees for use of our facility, all wedding ceremonies and/or receptions are subject to a non-refundable $250 administrative fee and a refundable $250 deposit.

 

Ceremony Only:                       $1500

Reception Only:                        $2500

Reception & Ceremony:           $3000

30’x 60’ Oval Tent                   $500
