Tax Rate

All Rooms are subject to a 12.8% tax.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations made more than two months in advance cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. Reservations made more than 1 month in advance cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 1 month prior to arrival cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside the cancellation period are subject to a full charge for the first night if the room is not rerented.
